Residential solar installation on home beside golf course

When Anthony Wilson and his family decided to go solar in 2021, it was about independence: […]

Excellent group. I had solar panels put on my home a few months ago. I got several quotes at the time, and Baseline was by far the most thorough and transparent. Throughout the process they answered all of my questions promptly, even if they were quite detailed. They have a great team and can help with various aspects of the install and setup with the utility. The system has been running for about six months now, and we haven't had any issues.

We contacted several companies, and were impressed by Baseline. It was very clear that they understood the process and their equipment. We appreciate that they are a local company that has been around for quite a long time. The installation process was great. Everyone on the team was professional and committed to providing high quality work. The system looks amazing and works perfectly. We are enjoying the abundant energy that comes from the sun and looking forward to many years of substantial savings.

Dwayne and Andrew and the entire crew at Baseline Solar are FABULOUS!! I would highly recommend this company. They are honest, detail oriented, and work hard in the most miserable conditions without complaint. I have had solar panels since 2014 but never had a generator. An enormous Propane tank was NOT something I desired in my backyard, or a noisy generator, so I began a search for a Solar Panel battery backup. I am thrilled to have my installation complete and I no longer dread the power outages. My photos will not upload unfortunately but the entire system is very neat both inside and out and I'm picky about how my property looks. Awesome COMPANY!!! Louisa

I can't say enough good things about Baseline Solar. They installed a system for my house in 12/25. They were efficient, came when they said they would, responded promptly to my phone calls, arranged everything with the power company, and left my property nice. I would give them more stars if I could.

Andrew, from Baseline Solar, installed my rooftop solar panels. He was knowledgeable, informative, flexible, and patient with my many questions. I am pleased with the appearance and functionality of the solar panels. I highly recommend Baseline Solar for any homeowner who is considering solar panels for their home.

Baseline installed panels on my house in 2014. They were so professional and capable that when I decided to go solar on a different house, I didn’t even consider competing companies. From the initial analysis through installation, everyone was attentive to my situation and consulted with me when there were questions. Everything is working well. Great people, great company.

The guys at Baseline are amazing! My inverter malfunctioned after a storm - we had just purchased the home (the previous owner ha the solar system installed and didn't leave any details on who they used for maintenance, etc.). I did a quick search on Google for someone to fix my system and by luck found Baseline. I read through their reviews and decided to contact them - it was the weekend so I sent an email with pictures of the inverter and related info. A little while later I got a call from Baseline. After giving them the details, they indicated this was a warranty issue and that they would call and get the ball rolling with the manufacturer on Monday. Monday afternoon they called and said a replacement would be shipped out in a day or so and they would call me when it came in to make an appointment for the install. Our installer, Gabriel was awesome. He was super patient explaiing the process and how I would make changes on my app. He got all the work done very efficiently and professionally. Baseline has been great to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any solar-related work in Christiansburg and the NRV.
